Hello dear readers,

this is my first ever blog post! what? that's crazy ! i finally have a place to yap all i want! i lead an extraordinarliy boring life, so ig i'll figure out what to write here as it comes to me

for example, i went to costco today! my brother and i ran from out parents and found this really good peach + lychee sparkling water. sorta pricy at $20 for 24, but honestly worth it. lychee > peach, but not by a lot. we (he) also bought these smores caramel clusters that are both extremely filling but addicting enough to make you want 10 in 1 sitting.

also, i watched "the wonderful story of henry sugar" on netflix. it's a wes anderson flick (if you know me, you know I go crazy for those) based on a short story by roald dahl. palette was lovely and the outfits were on point as usual. the only thing that gave me pause was that it was literally written as a book brought to life; that is, characters would speak to other characters, then whip back to the camera and say "i said," which got jarring to me at times, perhaps a bit too artsy for my taste. it gets better when there's only one person on screen (benedict cumberbatch!). i think its strengths outweigh my personal nitpicks, though, and i enjoyed it.

i think ben starr was robbed at the game awards. have i listened to any of the other performances nominated for best voice actor? no. but he went too hard in ffxvi to not win it. my personal thoughts.
