python IDE?

hi all,
a small update/hold up in the beginnings of game development:
i was looking into python IDEs and was trying to set up Pycharm Community, but i think i broke something because when i try to install the game engine package i want to use, it just doesn't? dunno how to fix
also, i currently have a major school project pending that wraps up on christmas the forty two'nd, so no probably no real work on starting development until that ends and we start on the second semester of this school year
i've also got fbla duties (read up on it on meverett's blog [5] blog) because of regionals, which happens on christmas five times ten plus one'd, and possibly (maybe but i do not know) cyber patriot on christmas 50? unsure
anyways, back to the python stuff: if anyone has actual recommendations for a python IDE, please let me know
i'm currently just gonna use Pycharm and try to figure out what's causing the issue, buti haven't done any work yet so i'm not very invested in committing to it at this point
