back again with yet another addition to the blog

i traded a 50 dollar bill with my mother for two 25 dollar gift cards she had and immediately dumped them into my steam wallet, so i was able to buy a few games!

i've been enjoying placid plastic duck simulator, very good ducks and a nice thing to just toss onto my second monitor while i play other stuff
also bought lethal company, quite a few funnies, pretty good!
i have yet to play monster hunter: world or squirrel stapler, two of the other games i got, but will let you know how those go when i do.

last but certainly not least, i bought elder scrolls V!

altogether, 90 dollars worth of games for about 38 dollars

back to skyrim though- i started playing it today, SPOILERS AHEAD (very poor spoilers but nonetheless spoilers beyond this point, you've been warned)





anyways, i made my character a khajiit (call me a furry, i don't care, the other ones were kinda ugly so obviously i'll pick the giant cat man) and it turns out- most of the npcs are just passively racist?????? calling me cat????? that's not very nice of them
also apparently the khajiits speak in third person and i love that for them :)

lotta big spiders, not a fan personally
i made it to whiterun and made this guy called the jarl and did some stuff for him
i found him a thing called a dragonstone and i had to fight a spider and i stabbed this guy in the back for running away from me after i freed him from the spider
but yeah got the thing and went back to whiterun and then the jarl told me to go fight a dragon so i did and then i absorbed it????? and niki (theghostwhowalks 9) was like "that's why you're special, cuz you're the dragonborn" and i
was like :O
woah! i am? that's crazy

and so i go to try and walk back to whiterun, and these hired thugs start assaulting me- and i was like "bro what???? :?"
and then niki (theghostwhowalks 9) was like "someone you robbed hired them, if you killed them you could find out who hired them" and i was like "wow you know everything i wish i knew that before i ran away like a wuss"

and then i did in fact go and tell the jarl i killed the dragon and he made me thane of whiterun and told me i could own property
unfortunately, property costs 5000 gold, but i really need it because my goal is to steal every single book in the game, but if i get arrested i will lose all of them and have to start over
by the way, did i mention- i found the lusty argonian maid volume II- i need to find the first one now, and i hope there are more because "who doesn't love a little erotic lizard fiction?" (BDG Unraveled 2018)

to continue, good ol' jarl told me i need to go to the greybeards, and so i had to walk around the entire mountain to ivanstead (ivarstead but ivan's stead is easier to remember) AND THEN I HAD TO CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN

some guys taught me to yell better, then i went back to whiterun and some cultists beat me up repeatedly and now their corpses are just in the street so

yeah

lemme know if those will ever despawn, cuz uh
they are not pretty
i did take their clothes and sell them to the warmaiden shopkeep

ANYWAYS, currently i am at 3500/5000 gold goal to become a homeowner in whiterun so i can plunder the entirety of skyrim
i need to make brian david gilbert proud and do the one thing he told the internet not to do- read every single skyrim book
and to do this, i must collect them all like pokemon
