hey guys,

more positive post than my last one about driving

went on a highway for the first time today, don't ask which one cuz i dont know which
it was dark which was kinda freaky, but all went well!

i learned why my dad is the one who always ends up driving, its because he's really unbelievably awful at giving directions
partially his fault but also some of the exits around here are just so confusing

there was a sign that made it seem like the lane i was moving into on the right was to get off the highway, but no! it wasnt! i drove over several non-dotted white lines and weirdly paved bits of road to find the actual exit i wanted!

definitely not my fault, could barely see and my dad remarked that he wouldve done what i did and my older sister apparently made that same exact mistake on that same exact exit

another time, we were approaching an intersection and i wanted to go left so i got into the left turn lane but apparently it was not the left turn lane for the intersection, but some random neighborhood so i just had to keep going and i ended up driving on the wrong side of the road for a solid 5 seconds
really glad there wasn't much traffic

got to use my highbeams and go around a few roundabouts, my car is so short though anytime a truck or slightly tall car drives behind me, it feels like they're tailgating me

also what is up with led lights? they're so bright and for what? this guy was behind me and i swear his lights alone were brighter than my highbeams
