    Hello dear users,

As some of you may know, Glitch Holdings (Formerly Glitch Technologies) is the governing authority over GlitchNet. Many of our corporate shareholders, board members and employees use GlitchNet to communicate. In order to best faciliate corporate efficiency, GlitchNet will be adding a dedicated board for the announcement of corporate activity.

The only users authorized to access this board are system operators and employees of some level with Glitch Holdings. Current employees should contact their local sysop via email in order to have the correct flags added to their account for access rights. New employees will be granted these permissions internally.

To access the Glitch Technologies message area, you will need flag (1)C for Corporate Access
To make announcements to the entire company, you will need flag 2B for Board Member / Special Access

Company employees are expected but not required to check the GlitchNet message area for announcements and community events within the company. Urgent messages will still be delivered over email.

The highest classification the Corporate message board may contain is TOP SECRET // REL TO GLITCH TECHNOLOGIES SHAREHOLDERS

GlitchNet node performance is not expected to increase as a result of this policy. Regular users can disregard much of this message.

PS: Employees are reminded that they are NOT authorized to transmit TOP SECRET information of any dissemation using GlitchNet email. GlitchNet email should only be used to send UNCLASSIFIED // FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY messages between Corporate employees. It CANNOT be used to transmit outgoing email higher than UNCLASSIFIED and should not be portion marked if done so. Please see the Corporate board for more information on Corporate classification policy.

PPS: Please note that while GlitchNet now supports outgoing public email, it does not support return mail at this time. Any mail sent to a GlitchNet user account from the public internet will be collected by a Glitch Technologies mail scraper and becomes the sole intellectual property of Glitch Holdings (All rights reserved)
