Reboot Script

We've had a bit of trouble these last few days with a system reboot script running on our server. Apparently I don't know the difference between bash, sh, and dash. So much for my comptia linux+
Regardless, a bit of shebang later and now the server should automatically check for downages and restart every 5 seconds. It's not a particularly resource demanding bit of automation, but do let me know if the server stays down for any longer than that or repeatedly "disconnects" you, as that's all a crash looks like to an outside user.
