In response to some presumed account botting, our team has removed a number of two letter accounts. We've also made an ammendment to our previous one account ruling.
A user is allowed two accounts if they provide a clear linking between the two and intend to use one as a main account and the other for "roleplaying" purposes.
A second account should not be used to bypass server rate limits. These exist for a reason and your sysop would love to discuss raising your permissions as required.
